Season may be over but the work never stops. The Whitetail Freaks Team is busy putting out feeders and filling them with Antler Kings Pelleted Deer feed. Antler King's Pelleted Deer and Elk Feed is perfect for people feeding deer in their backyard, for the individual who is supplemental feeding to produce quality whitetails on his/her land or for the Deer/Elk Rancher feeding one thousand animals. For more information on Antler Kings Products visit www.antlerking.com.

Shawn the “The Northern Freak” a.k.a. Webmaster is also working hard on our new site for the T.V. show – we’re super excited to get this launched! It will be similar to the information we provide here, but it will be a lot more focused on the show and more (We will be offering Whitetail Freaks Gear Soon after).

We’d also like to congratulate the whole Team for their hard work this past season as well as the sponsors who helped make it happen. We’ve had our highs and lows just like everyone else this year but hard work and persistence can pay off in a big way as the photos below show! If you liked Whitetail Freaks Season one – season two is going to be even better!!! You can catch us on the Outdoor Channel 52 weeks a year – Right now we are on Tuesdays at 6:30am, Thursdays at 1:00pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm EST.
As tough of any early season that it was for many, once the weather got cold our Team capitalized on the late season movement pattern of these giants! We still have a few pictures to get in from the Team, but here most of the bucks with we have taken recently. In no particular order, here is the quick run down:

++One of our Favorite guys – John McCann shot this nice 165” main-frame 8 pointer with his Mathews.

++Herb Schulz killed a 145" buck on film with Ryan McCann behind the camera - These guys continue to get it done each year!

++The Twin Towers did it again as Nate Goellner took this very unusual buck with a totally cool spike in the center!

++South East Freaks member Ken Haas traveled to Kansas and shot a great buck with his TC!! He also helped Chase Haas take his first buck. This is the second deer that chase has taken with his TC encore and has put a smoking shot on both deer. Chase is still enjoying the jerky from the first deer, and likes to share it with all of his friends. The temperature that day was a balmy 16 degrees and he held out to the end.

++My son Kaleb shot this buck on film for NAW and Whitetail Freaks. This is a buck that we were a little familiar with since we have some trail camera pics of this guy! Now with my 155" late muzzleloader buck, we had no clue who he was as it was on a new piece of property for us. It’s always a nice surprise to see a mature deer that you did not know was hanging around! Don was also able to finish his season up nicely by taking an awesome blizzard buck! Don was really due will all of the extra time he spent behind the camera this season.

++Lastly, Randy Birdsong was able to connect on January the 13th with his biggest Buck Ever!!!! A buck that he dubbed “The wide 8” went 173 inches!!!

Thank you all for a great 07-08' season!!! Kandi
